St. Francis House is pleased to announce a new corporate partnership with CDM Smith, headquartered here in Boston. CDM Smith provides lasting and integrated solutions in water, environment, transportation, energy and facilities to public and private clients worldwide. St. Francis House first became connected when the CDM Smith team selected us as one of their quarterly recipients of a an employee charitable campaign, donating $12,500.
CDM Smith employee wellness program drives charitable contributions
CDM Smith has a wellness program where participating employees receive ‘points’ for tracking their healthy behaviors and accomplishments. At the end of each quarter, if employees accumulate enough points, charitable contributions are made to organizations selected by CDM Smith and the wellness program participants. St. Francis House is one of the few local charities to receive a charitable donation, as they tend to focus on national charities, due to their national presence as an organization. St. Francis House was fortunate to be recommended by Steve Hickox, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer at CDM Smith, who is a supporter of our mission.
St. Francis House receives $12,500
On Monday, August 7th, Maggie Burns, VP of Philanthropy and External Affairs, and Meryl Pinette, Corporate Engagement Officer, were presented with the generous donation of $12,500 to St. Francis House. Kicking off a new partnership, we’re excited to share with CDM Smith the many services this donation will support.
