Citizens Bank has been a 20+ year supporter and advocate of the work of St. Francis House. Over time they have continuously increased their partnership and found new ways to support our work.
This year Jack Murphy, President of Business Banking at Citizens Bank, joined our Board of Directors. As an gesture of support and an opportunity to highlight the work we do, Jack recently invited St. Francis House to a small business event at their new bank branch in Chestnut Hill. During the event, Citizens Bank presented a check for $5,000 to support St. Francis House. Maggie Burns, VP of Philanthropy and External Affairs at St. Francis House, joined the Chestnut Hill Citizens Bank event to accept the generous donation. We are so grateful for the ongoing support and opportunities that Citizens Bank provides us. Events such as these also allow us to connect with other business in the community who are interested in supporting St. Francis House.
Citizens Bank provides holistic support of St. Francis House through a variety of different means. From teaching financial literacy workshops to our Moving Ahead Program students, to providing annual financial support to our programs and services. We were honored to welcome Jack Murphy to our Board of Directors this year, and look forward to all the future work our organizations will do together.
