Citizens Bank Embarks on 20+ Years of Support

Citizens Bank has been a long time corporate partner and supporter of St. Francis House. What makes our partnership with Citizens Bank so unique is the number of ways that Citizens Bank chooses to engage with us. Their support isn’t limited to one program or one form of engagement. Rather, they work with us to understand our immediate and long term needs and step in to help get the job done.

Citizens Bank Supports MAP with $50,000 Donation

Over the years, Citizens Bank has continued to support us financially, allowing us to deepen our breadth of services. Citizens Bank just recently awarded us with a $50,000 donation towards our 14 week vocational program, the Sullivan Family Moving Ahead Program.

This support is critical to the continued success of the program, and also represents a new way Citizens Bank employees will support our work. As a function of this support, they will also be embedded in our program by engaging with our students on building skills in financial literacy. We can’t think of a better way to align the work Citizens Bank employees do with a need within our program!

Engaging with our Guests

Aside from the strategic partnership we have developed together over the years to align our missions, they are also the first people we call when we have an urgent need. Whether it’s prepping food in the kitchen or servings meals to our guests, Citizens Bank always lends a hand when we need it most.

This past month in honor of Hunger Action Month, we had employees from Citizens Bank helping out in our kitchen. They also filled an urgent need in our volunteer schedule, continuing to demonstrate what makes a great corporate partner.
