East Boston Savings Bank Lends Corporate Support Through Charitable Foundation

St. Francis House was a recent recipient of a charitable donation through the East Boston Savings Bank Charitable Foundation. With over 35 branches throughout Massachusetts, East Boston Savings Bank prioritizes supporting the communities where their bank branches exist. With a focus on funding activities that support youth development, education and social services organizations, the East Boston Savings Bank Charitable Foundation has distributed over $5.5 million in funding since its inception in 1998. This funding will immediately benefit our guests by supporting our basic services, allowing us to provide food, clothing, shelter and much more to our guests.

Engagement with St. Francis House

St. Francis House recently had the opportunity to host Chairman, President & CEO, Dick Gavegnano and Director of Marketing, Lisa Kornachuk, for a tour. After seeing the variety of services we provide that their funding helps to support, they were eager to lend a hand with the help of their employees. East Boston Savings Bank will be engaging employees in clothing drives to support our Fresh Threads and Studio Shine clothing departments. We’re grateful for the support, and the new partnership we’re developing.
