DESCRIPTION:Ending homelessness begins with meeting basic human needs with dignity and compassion. Access to nutritious food is often the first step toward stability\, recovery\, and a brighter future. Last year alone\, St. Francis House served more than 250\,000 meals to guests seeking nourishment and care. \nThis year\, we’re participating in the Ride & Stride for Food to raise critical funds and awareness around food insecurity\, helping ensure that everyone has access to the meals they need to move forward. \n\nHow You Can Help\nRegister to Ride or Walk: Join our community and help champion food security and housing justice. Choose your route: 25-mile cycle\, 50-mile cycle\, 62.2-mile cycle\, or 5k walk. \nMake a Donation: Support our team or sponsor a rider or walker. Every dollar raised helps provide meals and essential services to guests experiencing homelessness. \nSpread the Word: Share our team page with your network and encourage others to join the movement. \nNearly 40% of Massachusetts households experience food insecurity\, but together\, we can make a difference. Join us in helping provide more meals\, more hope\, and more opportunities for our neighbors in need.
