St. Francis House is officially half way through our very first Financial Services Week, done in support of National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week. Open exclusively to our corporate partners in the financial sector, Financial Services Week was created with the hope of the financial community coming together to volunteer and support the basic services provided here at St. Francis House.
The week kicked off with a volunteer group from Rockland Trust, followed by Bank of America, and Santander. Additional participating corporate partners include John Hancock, Fidelity and Natixis Investment Managers.
These groups have worked tirelessly in both our kitchen and clothing departments, providing invaluable resources to our guests. On a daily basis, St. Francis House serves up to 650 meals in our kitchen and distributes 35 full changes of clothing – we couldn’t be more appreciative of our corporate partners for helping make this service to our guests possible this week.
