Transforming Spaces for Vital Services

The new year is off to a productive start at St. Francis House as our renovation project continues to make significant strides. We’re excited to share the latest updates with our friends, donors, and supporters who have been following this transformative journey.

Progress Highlights

  • Case Management Suite: Framing for the new case management suite on the ground floor is well underway. This space, formerly our dining room, is beginning to take shape and will soon serve as a hub for vital services.
  • Triage Suite: The framing for the triage suite in the former Atrium is also progressing. This area will house our clinical spaces, enhancing our ability to meet urgent needs.
  • Drywall Installation: Drywall is being installed on the framed walls on the first floor, formerly referred to as “the mezz.” The space is beginning to reflect its new purpose.
  • Kitchen Updates: On floors 8 through 10, a new kitchen layout has been established to accommodate the construction of a new elevator shaft, improving accessibility throughout the building.

We appreciate the dedication of our construction team and the patience of our community as we work to create a space that better serves those who rely on us. Thank you for following along with our progress and supporting the mission of St. Francis House.
