Kitchen staff at St. Francis House in Boston this year are preparing a Thanksgiving meal to feed 350 homeless people. Staff have already begun prepping for the lunch service this morning, preparing 54 turkeys for the lunch service along with a morning breakfast. Karen LaFrazia, President of St. Francis House says the best part of the lunch service for her is when she sees someone notice that they are loved. “When someone who’s sitting down to that meal feels that they belong and knows that they’re loved, there’s no better feeling.”
