These programs and services represent everything a person experiencing homelessness needs to find their pathway to recovery. They are all located at our centralized campus on Boylston Street in downtown Boston.

We excel in our commitment and ability to develop relationships with individuals who come here for day refuge services, create in them a sense of hope and belief that they can make positive change in their lives, and then wrap the necessary services around them to ensure they are getting a stable footing for moving forward.

Day Shelter Providing the essentials: food, showers, toiletries, daytime shelter, clean clothing, computer access, mail and ID services.

Recovery Support Center We offer various recovery support pathways and educational groups for adults who are experiencing homelessness and wish to recover from substance use disorder.

Housing Everyone has the right to decent housing. We develop and work 1:1 with guests to create and explore available housing opportunities.

Income Pathways to employment and economic opportunity is critical for people who need—and want—to end their homelessness.

Behavioral Health We invest in building stable, trusting relationships that emphasize autonomy and self-determination at each step of a guest’s journey.

Medical Clinic Operated on-site by Boston Healthcare for the Homeless, medical professionals bring their knowledge and expertise to treat the unique health concerns of our guests.
