Kati Sigel

As Director of Corporate & Foundation Relations, Kati stewards our foundation and corporate partnerships and grants, in addition to securing funding for our programs and services. Kati brings ten years of development and event planning experience at hunger relief organizations. Recently, as the Director of Foundation and Corporate Relations at the food rescue Spoonfuls, Kati worked with her development team to exceed fundraising goals and bring much needed food to 200 organizations, including St Francis House. Prior to Spoonfuls, Kati was the Executive Director at Three Squares New England, a nonprofit that led the annual Ride for Food, raising funds and empowering hunger relief organizations in the Greater Boston area. Throughout her career, Kati has demonstrated a passion for helping others in need and is thrilled and honored to join the Development team at St. Francis House. She holds an MBA from Babson College. Karen Fuller

Karen joined St. Francis House in 2024 as the Director of Major Gifts, bringing with her 20 years of experience in fundraising and a deep commitment to helping the most vulnerable in our community.  At. St. Francis House, Karen leads the development and execution of major gift strategies, building meaningful connections between donors and the vital work of the organization.

Most recently, Karen served as a major gift officer at Simmons University, collaborating with the president, provost, deans and executive leadership to support the School of Nursing and the School of Science and Health Professions. Prior to Simmons, Karen spent 10 years as the Director of Philanthropy at the Rhode Island Community Food Bank, helping to raise critical funds to serve those in need of food assistance all across the state. She has also held various fundraising roles at the Rhode Island Zoological Society, the Wheeler School in Providence, RI, Northfield Mount Hermon School in Northfield, MA and Harvard University. Karen is a graduate of Smith College and lives with her husband and two children in Seekonk.

Rebecca Sullivan

As the Director of Annual Giving, Rebecca is responsible for overseeing and leading strategy for St. Francis House’s annual fundraising efforts and growing fundraising revenue year-over-year. Rebecca joined the St. Francis House team in 2024, bringing over ten years of experience in fundraising and nonprofit management. She is excited to have the opportunity to help donors make a positive impact in their community. Before coming to St. Francis House, Rebecca worked as Associate Director of Annual Giving at the Handel and Haydn Society, where she had also worked in Board Relations for several years. Prior to her time at H+H, Rebecca worked in arts and wellness program management and in development at Lenox Hill Neighborhood House in New York City. Other work experiences include community engagement at the Metropolitan Opera Guild, manuscript editing at the University of Chicago Press, SAT/ACT tutoring at Kaplan, freelance voice and piano teaching, and performing jazz and her own music (which she occasionally still does). Rebecca is a graduate of Reed College and holds an MM in Contemporary Improvisation from the New England Conservatory of Music. She currently lives in Roslindale with her husband and two young children.
