Last night marked a special occasion as we gathered at Guy Fieri’s Boston Kitchen + Bar for the annual Volunteer Appreciation Dinner to celebrate the backbone of our community – our volunteers! Together, we honored the incredible individuals who dedicate their time and energy to support our organization and further our services.
Throughout the event, volunteers & staff socialized, enjoyed delicious food, snapped some photos with fun props, and engaged in an array of artistic activities. A loom from our art studio invited everyone to weave together a beautiful piece to display, and communal poster boards allowed everyone to write heartfelt messages and sign their names, creating a colorful tapestry of gratitude. Our Volunteer Services Coordinator awarded certificates and superlatives to some of our most dedicated volunteers, and of course, to further show our gratitude, goodie bags filled with candy and SFH swag were gifted at the end of the night.
Thank you again to all our amazing volunteers for your unwavering dedication and commitment – we are endlessly grateful for all that you do!
