Act now to take advantage of these year-end giving strategies and support St. Francis House in 2023.

If you have an IRA
If you are 70½ or older, you can give any amount up to $100,000 per year from your IRA directly to St. Francis House. You will not pay income taxes on the transfer. If you are required to take minimum distributions, you can use this transfer to satisfy all or part of your obligation.

If you have a Donor Advised Fund (DAF)
Making a distribution from your DAF to St. Francis House is a great way to make a gift. You can recommend a grant or recurring grants now to make an immediate impact or use your fund as a tool for future charitable gifts.

If you own Appreciated Stock
Avoid paying taxes on the appreciated value and qualify for an income tax charitable deduction based on today’s market value when you itemize. You receive the same tax savings as if you wrote a check but with the added benefit of eliminating capital gains taxes. Give A Stock Gift Now

If you want to make a Tribute Gift
Any year-end gift can be made in a loved one’s name. This can be a heartfelt way to celebrate someone important in your life or to remember someone. Give A Tribute Gift Now
